At BulBul, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• Size issues
• Manufacturing defects

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Process

1. Once we receive your request, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
2. After the product reaches us, it will be inspected for quality and condition.
3. If the item is found intact and eligible, we will process:

Exchange – as per your size request
Refund – credited to your original payment method within 7 business days

- Please note: Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact to qualify for return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order only before it has been shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.
If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
