1. Shipping Time & Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Once processed, the estimated delivery time varies by location:
    • Metro Cities: 4-6 business days
    • Other Cities & Towns: 6-8 business days
    • Remote Areas: 8-10 business days
    • International:
      • Express Shipping: 3 business days
      • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee may apply and will be mentioned at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details to monitor your shipment’s progress.
  • You can also track your order by visiting our website and entering your tracking number.

4. Delays & Exceptions

  • Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, logistical issues, or high demand.

5. International Shipping

  • We do offer international shipping. 
    • Express Shipping: 3 business days
    • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

6. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Once an order is placed, modifications (including address changes) can only be made within 6 hours of order confirmation.
